There are four costs involved in implementing and using our platform:​

​1. Our licence fee:

​

​This is the cost of using our platform.

 

An approximate summary:

• 1-20 sites: £850 per month for all of them

• 21-100 sites: £2,100 per month for all of them

• 101-250 £3,400 per month for all of them

• Above 250 sites, add £9 per site per month

​

​We do not charge workers, we do not charge workplaces.

 

Our licence fee includes dashboard access for workplaces (for their own workers) and for "stakeholders" - brands / retailers / location managers who are interested in how workers are being treated.

 

There is no limit on the number of users who can access our dashboards at any client. ​The licence fee includes unlimited technical support and up to 4 hours each month of consulting support which most clients find is enough.

​2. One-off set up:

​​​

​We charge a one-off consulting fee to set up a client for the first time. This cost only occurs once and it depends on the complexity of the work involved. It covers configuring the system, onboarding users, some training, getting the first few workplaces launched and live.

​3. Prize draws:

​​​

​Prize draws are not paid to us, they are paid to the workers who use the app.

Prize draws are optional and can be set up by brands / retailers / location managers, or set up by workplaces themselves. The platform is sophisticated and can handle many options and variations here.​

4. Ad hoc consulting work

​

​Most of our clients do not use us for ad hoc consulting work - they have their preferred support providers and we are happy to help them in the background if there are findings that need external input or support.

 

If a client does need our additional support, we provide a rate card so the costs can be defined upfront.

Example pilot for up to 20 workplaces

​​​

Most clients start with a 20 workplace or site licence for 6 months, and they scale up from there.

• ​A 20 site licence for 6 months costs 6x£850 = £5,100.

• ​We would likely propose a £2,000 set up fee - so our costs would be £7,100 for 6 months.

• ​Prize draws on top will depend on the context (which countries, how many workers, how many workplaces) - but perhaps budget £2,000 for prize draws.​

 

The total budget would be £9,100 for 6 months (about €10,500 or $12,000).
