We publish comprehensive pricing on this page for our platform. See the pricing plans below.

Our pricing based on a subscription model for the number of workplaces that you would like us to monitor. Our platform is free for workplaces and free for workers.

Costs per workplace drop as implementations scale. Our pricing for just one site starts at £115 per month; but 250 sites costs £3,000 per month (for all of them) and the cost of adding additional sites above 250 is just £9 per site per month. So our costs become very low when lots of workplaces are involved.

An approximate summary (free for workers and workplaces):

  • 1-20 sites: £600 per month

  • 21-100 sites: £1800 per month

  • 101-250 £3,000 per month

  • Above 250 sites, add £9 per site per month 


Small print: We usually charge a small set up and configuation fee. We provide unlimited technical support and reasonable consulting support as part of the licence cost. We reserve the right to make an additional charge (with prior agreement) if significant consulting support becomes required.

Example

Most clients start with a 20 workplace or site licence for 6 months, and they scale up from there.

A 20 site licence for 6 months costs 6x£600 = £3,600. Apart from a small set up cost, that is the only charge from us that is involved - unlimited number of workers, no limits on how many of your own users can access the platform.
