Simple pricing, no surprises
Most clients start with a 1-20 supplier / location 6 month pilot and budget between £9,000 and £12,000 (US$12,500 to US$16,500) for this - and then they scale up from there.
Tiered monthly pricing by number of sites
Some clients use Ask The Workers in locations that they manage or have reputational responsibility for - where third parties are providing labour (contractors, sub-contractors, cleaners, security guards, out-source partners). Other clients use Ask The Workers to monitor labour conditions in their traditional supply chains.
This is why we talk about "sites", "locations", "suppliers" - sites is a catch-all for suppliers (supply chain) and locations (where they are your own responsibility).

What you pay for
There are four cost components which are summarised below:
01 — RECURRING
Licence fee
Monthly fee to use the platform. Includes dashboards for workplaces and stakeholders, unlimited technical support, and up to 4 hours of consulting each month.
Most clients opt to pay a small additional monthly amount to upgrade to our enhanced dashboards.
03 — OPTIONAL
Prize draws
Optional incentives paid directly to workers who use the app — not to us.
This is a cost of our platform and we recommend that prize draws are used. We can administer prize draws (including payments to workers) for a commission.
02 — ONE OFF
Set-up fee
A single consulting fee to configure the system, onboard users, deliver training, and launch your first workplaces. Scoped to the complexity of your rollout.
This is usually a modest fee - and it is reduced if you are working with one of our implementation partners.
04 — AS NEEDED
Ad-hoc consulting
Most clients don't need this — they have their own support providers and we help in the background. When you do want extra help, we have a rate card that we provide to you upfront.
Most clients use their preferred labour rights consultants or experts and this is preferred.
All tiers include unlimited dashboard users, unlimited numbers of workers, unlimited technical support and up to 4 hours of consulting support per month.
